Examination Certification

Go Go Allegro offers certification exams through RCM & ABRSM

Go Go Allegro offers certification exams from the Royal Conservatory of Music & ABRSM

Go Go Allegro students are talented and deserve to have their hard work recognized. To that end we are offering participation in national exams for music offered by the Royal Conservatory of Music as well as ABRSM.

Both programs offer our students an opportunity to shine and gain recognition. Here are some of the benefits:

  • Eligible to win awards from the examining bodies.
  • Many high schools recognize these examinations for credit towards graduation.
  • Objective feedback and comments which can be valuable in developing the student’s skills.
  • Students who participate in examinations tend to become more dedicated to their instrument and practice more often.
  • Achievement in certificate examinations is an impressive addition to any résumé. More than just sharing individual’s musical accomplishments, it is indicative of their creativity, a willingness to learn, an ability to set both short and long-term goals, and a commitment to achieving difficult tasks.

Go Go Allegro’s Music Director, Rebecca Helm, can provide additional detail on participation.
